About 

As an accomplished leader in global health and laboratory supply chain systems, I bring over 30 years of progressive experience in international development, public health policy, clinical research, clinical laboratory services, supply chain systems, and strategic program leadership. For almost 10  years as a USAID Senior Laboratory Lead, I have directed complex, multi-agency initiatives and advised both U.S. and international governments, as well as global health stakeholders, on the implementation of sustainable, high-impact health and laboratory systems.

Throughout my career, I have focused on scaling up diagnostics and health infrastructure across HIV, TB, and broader infectious disease areas. I have had the privilege of building resilient systems, forming meaningful public-private partnerships, and driving innovation in service delivery, surveillance, emergency response, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and implementation research.

My approach is rooted in collaboration, technical excellence, and transformational leadership. At DxNexis I bring passion to our shared goals and am deeply committed to empowering our diagnostic teams, optimizing laboratory operations, and expanding our impact in global health and diagnostic service delivery.
